Experience Mindfulness
I'm a big fan of Sam Harris. He's a neuroscientist and philosopher who has written several books on meditation and mindfulness. I published this guided meditation video on my YouTube channel, and I'm embedding it here for you to enjoy.
Before you start, find a safe place where you can close your eyes, avoid headphones if possible, and leave the lights on. Once you're comfortable, press play and follow along with Sam's instructions.
