Achieve Bliss: A Guided Relaxation for Ultimate Peace and Happiness

1) Introduction and Relaxation

Focus on your neck and head. Let the relaxation flow up your neck, to your jaw, and around your mouth. Feel your jaw unclench and your mouth soften.

Allow the wave of relaxation to move up to your cheeks, eyes, and forehead. Feel any tension in your forehead melt away.

4) Deeper Relaxation

Imagine yourself in a serene and beautiful place. It could be a beach, a forest, a meadow, or any place where you feel completely at peace. Take in the sights, sounds, and smells of this place.

Imagine the warmth of the sun or the gentle breeze on your skin. Feel the ground beneath you supporting you.

5) Positive Affirmations

As you continue to relax in this beautiful place, repeat these affirmations to yourself, either out loud or in your mind:

  • I am calm and at peace.

  • I am surrounded by love and light.

  • I am worthy of happiness and bliss.

  • I release all tension and embrace relaxation.

  • I am in harmony with myself and the world around me.

6) Blissful State

7) Return to Awareness

When you are ready to return to full awareness, take a few more deep breaths. Slowly bring your attention back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes gently.
